Friendship
There are many valuable things in life, but friendship is one of the most precious gifts of life. To the successful well being of anyone, the essential thing is a developed friendship. It does not matter whether the friendship is by choice or by force. A friendship is based on the simple rules of honesty and trust.

Friendship is a bond that can view the image of the world through various experiences. When parents scold us, friends are the first person to console us; when lover breaks our heart, it is also friend that gives us company. So is the case with friend with friend, who is always there for us to overcome every obstacles of life.

Friendship is hard to define but easy to recognise. In friendship, beauty may be discerned in all things and conditions, and even in the most unexpected situations to come. Thus, beauty can be found in all the creation of god in friendship.

Friendship often conceals soreness that alters us, and reveals their secrets of being protective to the world. The most appreciative thing in friendship is that when we are talking, we are so absorbed in the subjects that we even don’t notice things around. The bond of friendship is like a poet who finds music and beauty even in the movement of the clouds and winds.

The True Me
If I say I am a passionate and optimistic woman who takes up responsibility with my utmost dedication, then it’s too much. But I do have a great amount of perseverance to achieve any goal.

In my growing age, I would watch music videos with my sisters before having actual sense of singing and dancing. I have loved music ever since. I have a good inclination towards Bollywood songs and little of Dzongkha and Western.

With hundreds collection of recipes of various food, I am good in cooking. I usually prepare Bhutanese dishes with a great taste. However, I have keen interest in making desserts which I am not very good at. I go an extra mile contributing my efforts in making the dessert taste good at least.

I am born to religious parents which makes me superstitions too. Friends see me as an orthodox person. Though I took science and learnt mechanisms, I could never give up believing in supernatural things.

I was brought up in a large family. I have five elder sisters and two elder brothers which makes me the youngest.

 Cooking- My Hobby
Cooking is the best hobby to have as it can be utilitarian in life. Cooking is my hobby which has been implemented in me from several years of my life. Though I only started cooking at 12, I can still say that it is my passion. When I grew older, with my age, my knowledge of cooking food grew to new depths.

It seems funny, when I say cooking is the technique or skill to reduce our stress, but it really is for me. It makes me at ease when I do so because while cooking, we really don’t get time to think about other things. We have to concentrate lot on cooking. Whenever I get upset, I go to kitchen to prepare to prepare something because it is the best way of overcoming my anger.

My mother is the reason why I got good cooking abilities and made me a better cook since she explained to me how to prepare dishes with right taste. The first dish I made on my own without any assistance was ‘cheesy potato’. I can still remember the taste that has impressed my father.

Cooking doesn’t always come naturally; it is the skill which we should stimulate. To expand my cooking abilities, I collected quite a number of recipes. With those recipes, I prepare different styles of cooking.

I usually have invested hours to prepare a good food as cooking is only the thing that I know how to do the best. I also love to prepare desserts.

Being a vegetarian, I am able to cook vegetables only but I cook them with various ingredients in different styles to add on their taste.

 Beauty of spring
Spring season is on the way to beautify the nature with the essence of natural scents. Green grasses showed sparks of colour from flowers. The sky held a blue glow. From green mountains, tall trees are standing with green leaves resting on the scanty branches. The blossoms of flowers make it more beautiful.  The petals burst smoothly where the bud still remains tight.

Encountering such scene, it feels like heaven on earth. Natures are always beautiful if we notice. The earth looks lovely and charming as the season sets in. The usual air we in-haled seems different and the path we always walk seems more comfortable.
The ground where we normally sit for sun bathing looks more beautiful. The people around embrace and cherish this moment.

More people hang around in order to capture this pleasant moment. But the time passes by, spring season fades and so do the pleasures.

                                                      Life in college

Being in a school for 13 years guided by parents and spoon-feed by teachers, life seemed at ease. However, we had to study thick textbooks and at that very time I felt we are kept just like a caged bird. Must wake up at the early morning, do lots of homework and most probably have to study for the test.

As being in a college just for a year, it made heaven out of hell. Typically in college, there is a lot of flexibility in class timing. We always don’t have to stay in college whole day. Unlike in school, we get free time for outing. In college there is no restriction, so we can do what we like but should be abide by college rules. Probably in high school, we should do what is told.

The other thing interesting about college life is that girls are allowed to put make-up, colouring nail and hair, wearing different attire are also allowed because there is no specified uniform. It goes same with boys; they too can keep long frizzy hair.

However, when it comes to study, I miss the school schedule. In school, we are thoroughly taught by teachers and are asked to read from provided materials. When it comes to college, lecturer briefly teaches and instructs us, and most of the time we have to do research. Most probably we are assigned with works.

Another big difference is that we usually have more opportunities for expressing one’s individuality interests and talents.
